Carpet. On a bathroom floor!

We ripped out every inch of this bathroom. The oak vanity. The builder-grade shower. The ceiling fan that had no business being in a bathroom. Even the carpet off the floor.
Then we rebuilt it into something you'd actually want to walk into barefoot.

We opened up the floor and found the problem nobody else wanted to deal with.

Demo day on our latest flip in Blanchester, Ohio. 1 bed, 1 bath house we picked up. Looked fine from the surface. Then we started pulling things apart.

The kitchen floor was sagging. The bedroom floor was sagging. The living room floor was sagging. Three rooms. Same problem.

We opened it up and found the root cause! Compromised floor joists underneath. This is the kind of thing a coat of paint covers up. Until someone falls through.

This is why we gut it. This is why we don't cut corners. And this is why you hire a team that actually knows what they're looking at.

This master bath had an old whirlpool bath tub nobody used, a shower so small you'd bump your elbows, and oak cabinets with brass hardware straight out of 1999.

The homeowners told us they wanted their bathroom to feel like a place they actually wanted to spend time in. Not just functional — intentional.

So we tore it all out and built them something that feels like it belongs in their life right now:

Freestanding soaking tub by the window. Walk-in shower with herringbone tile and a pebble stone accent strip. Shiplap accent wall behind a clean white double vanity. Matte black everything. Warm wood-look floors.
