The group I’m with having a great time at learning about framing from the floor all the way to the roof. Started with a 10 pitch roof, and then switched to a 3 pitch roof keeping in mind what we learned from our mistakes doing the previous roof. What I’ve learned from this experience, team cohesiveness trumps all else, including skill. Be willing to learn together, and work through the problems as a whole, let each other be heard, and you will go far in any profession.

hired CA 22’ students , .design Danielle Chagnon, and Matt Monks to assemble and install 80 lab tables and benches with phenolic countertops in a new lab space. They met with CA ‘98 NBSS graduate and owner of Smith & Awudo Construction Inc. Noah Smith, and took a tour through his shop where there is a powermatic table-saw that came from the NBSS Carpentry Department when they made the switch over to sawstops.

Me and my friend , both LK ‘21 graduates and current CA ‘22 students at North Bennet Street School, were hired by the amazing lab space and lab product company to install their base cabinets to an existing system. Because of their great communication skills and attention to detail, the products came sized properly and we were able to complete the installation with ease and without complications!

Fresh install of a high quality fire rated panic hardware device from . It’s a rim exit device with classroom trim installed onto a fire rated opening. Whenever dealing with a fire rated opening, remember that everything installed on that opening MUST be fire rated, it is building code and it saves lives!
