Another clean project wrapped up by K&D Contracting & Seasonal Maintenance 🔨

We recently completed a full mudroom addition, converting part of the garage into a functional, finished living space — and this one came out sharp.

✔️ Custom accent trim work to tie everything together
✔️ Built a unique octagon-style stair layout
✔️ Raised and fully insulated the floor system
✔️ Added attic insulation for year-round efficiency
✔️ Completed full electrical install with upgraded lighting — including a slick built-in night light feature
✔️ Installed two brand new exterior doors for a finished, sealed entry

This space went from cold storage to a warm, inviting mudroom that’s built to last and made to impress.

We recently finished a Vacant Rental Program (VRP) remodel on an older home — bringing it back to life from top to bottom.

✔️ Brand-new bathroom with shower , toilet and vanity
✔️ New laundry area
✔️ Two new slider windows (bathroom & kitchen)
✔️ All new window casements
✔️ Fresh paint, trim, and flooring throughout
✔️ New lighting installed across the entire home
✔️ Renewable boiler system for heat & domestic hot water installed by Martin's heating&plumbing LLC/ Rj Martin
✔️ New drop ceiling in bathroom
Drywall Finish sub All Pro Drywall and painting Dustin Stevens

🍽️ The kitchen got a major facelift too — new cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, updated plumbing, and ceiling lighting. The appliances stayed, but everything around them is completely refreshed and modernized.

From a grant job bid to a beautiful, move-in-ready rental — this one was a full transformation.
