It's been busy over here at The Brickyard Project! While all the phases of renovation are rewarding in their own way, staging a completed house is definitely the most fun part. It helps show the house in the best light and gives buyers a true feel for the space and how their own furniture will fit.

I love finding staging pieces in our local shops, and The Venue in downtown Malvern had the perfect nightstands and barstools to coordinate with some of our existing pieces. They had another set of these nightstands in their display window if you want a pair of your very own! In this case, the staging has to be moved right back out because.....we got it UNDER CONTRACT immediately after listing!!!

It's all led to this, my friends.....growing up with a Dad who was able to fix anything, being on construction sites and learning how to build from the ground up, and spending years in the trades and the real estate industry. Now we're bringing that knowledge back to our hometown to help restore what once was....small town, hometown, downtown, our town.
