We’re proud to share another milestone from the team at Edgewood Company in partnership with Ingerman.

Edgewood had the privilege of building the stunning hardscape elements at the Rosera Wesmont luxury apartment community in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey. Rosera Wesmont.

Nestled in the heart of the historic Aviation District and just steps away from Wesmont Station, Rosera Wesmont blends upscale living with resort-style amenities and thoughtful design. With over 35,000 sq ft of shared community spaces including landscaped courtyards, pool decks, and outdoor gathering areas, this project presented a fantastic opportunity to enhance the resident experience through expertly crafted hardscapes.

It’s projects like these that showcase our passion for transforming spaces with durability, style, and craftsmanship at the forefront. Thank you to everyone involved — and congratulations to the whole Rosera Wesmont team! 🙌

🌧️ Stormwater Management Benefits
- Reduces runoff: Water infiltrates through joints and bedding layers into the subbase, decreasing surface runoff and pressure on storm sewers.
- Improves water quality: The pavement layers filter out sediments, oils, and heavy metals, helping meet stormwater quality regulations.
- Reduces flooding risk: By detaining stormwater onsite, it helps mitigate localized flooding.

- Easy maintenance: Individual units can be removed and replaced for underground repairs or cleaning
- Freeze-thaw resistant: Drains water away from the surface, reducing freeze/thaw damage compared to impermeable pavements.
