for the past week I've been patching holes in plaster ceilings the electrician had to make in order to replace the knob & tube wiring in a 100 year old house in Devon. We specialize in a vaiety of home improvement projects, including electrical work, HVAC services, plumbing, painting, windows & doors, power washing, appliance repair, carpentry, and more.

On this date a year ago we lost Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the first Jewish woman and only the second woman to serve on the Supreme Court. Ginsburg spent much of her legal career as an advocate for gender equality and women's rights. During the early 1960s she worked with the Columbia Law School Project on International Procedure, learned Swedish and co-authored a book with Swedish jurist Anders Bruzelius; her work in Sweden profoundly influenced her thinking on gender equality.

Yesterday I replaced a kitchen faucet, did initial cut & install drywall patch (about 5"X15") in a wall where the homeowner accidentally drilled a hole into his PVC drain pipe coming down from the wind floor. I was out there Sunday afternoon to make initial investigation. Bad luck on his part!
Then I made another initial cut for a drywall patch into a wall that was an obvious result of someone kicking the wall. (Good thing he didn't hit a stud!).
Then I replaced a garbage disposal that had wires & a plastic bag in it...major no- nos. Had to install a dedicated outlet for the garbage disposal that the client bought from AMAZON. It took extra time to do wiring modifications, so it cost the cust more for my time... he saved nothing by ordering from AMAZON, probably cost him more! for my extra labor.

Installed yesterday. Heat Pump replacement.

Yesterday I spent 8 hours in the 4th floor apartment in The Point in Phoenixville PA putting up drapes and mirrors. Customer was very happy with the results.
The day before I replaced a 50gal powervent water heater with a Bradford White, connected to cpvc pipes.
