Lots of new construction projects starting up!
Our Summer is spoken for, Fall is very full with the possibility of a few openings, and Winter scheduling is now open and booking. We have some projects already lined up for 2027 season but are continuing to book for this time frame.
We book as far in advance as we do and clients are willing to wait because our word is as good as our work. We communicate with clients and are transparent about pricing and cost from the beginning. If things are unforeseen on our end, we eat the cost so our clients dont have to.
On mid size projects, 60% of the time contractors run behind schedule. On large remodels and new constructions, its 70 to 90% of the time!!!! Pushing your projects back months and delaying progress.
Fresh Look Homes works tirelessly to not be delayed on our end. Our guys show up 5 days a week, every week, putting in long days so that we can honor our word.
