This hallway had water damage under the flooring due to a leaking washing machine water line. Once opened up, the subfloor needed to be properly replaced and reinforced.
● Damaged section removed
●New subfloor installed and secured
● Flooring reset and glued back down
●Solid and safe again

Here are some before and after photos of an update I did in my own home. When we bought our house, it had this dark "sunroom" that had been converted from a patio by the previous owner. It came with brick walls, stone walls, and a beige oversized tile floor. It also still had the white vinyl patio columns. We changed the door to allow for more light, painted the brick, wrapped the white vinyl, and put lvp on the floor. What was once a dark and awkward space looks nothing like it once did. This client bought a home in Manchester for his mother-in-law. Paneling was removed and sheetrock was hung in its place. New cabinets were installed in the kitchen. They are just awaiting their granite countertops. I believe she will be pleased with the results. Let me know if you have any updates you would like done in time for fall!
