A call for a water leak turned out to be a pressure regulator that possibly froze during the winter. The house sat empty until new buyers moved in so they were greeted with a leak straight away.

The regulator was replaced and water is back on!

This is 1 of 2 water spigots replaced for a customer.

Customer stated he had a water leak but didn’t know where. After walking the entire length of his waterline from the meter to house the culprit ended up being a spigot leaking underground. The customer decided to go ahead and replace both spigots on his property due to not only the leak but the age of them.

Granny wanted her leaking faucet replaced but her shutoff valves had other plans!

Disconnected lines, cut off seized valves, replaced with new 1/4 turn shutoffs and installed her new faucet.

Sometimes having dust in areas isn’t always a bad thing! This little bit of dust in the hard to reach corner pointed out the start of a failing toilet wax ring, this was caught at a perfect time before septic could be smelled or the flooring could be damaged.

Wrapped up this demo last month, it was a doozy! This “home” was trashed, packed floor to ceiling in some rooms with trash scatterd all over the yard.

Land owners give us a call to clean up messes left by inconsiderate tenants, no house or trailer is too nasty for us to make disappear!

Keep us in mind for your snow removal needs, I try to service anyone and everyone who calls.

With this being said please be patient because I am the driver, invoice maker, and dispatcher when it comes to the snow removal therefore I am often times removing snow or talking with other customers when answering calls! It is very important to me to be able to make it to you in a timely manner but please remember that there are many people needing the same service! This last snow I was glad to service 60+ individuals and businesses but with all these calls comes patience and understanding from my awesome customers.
