Legacy Home Services has a 3 step process to taking care of your home.
1. The Home Assessment - for $99 our technician will check out every room of your house, the exterior, and the furnace room to assess the needs of your home. This assessment will then be used to create a 1 month, 3-6 month, and 1 year service plan.
2. The Agreement - Once you have created a plan of action, you can pay for your
monthly service calls and set up any additional service work you plan to have finished during those visits.
3. The Monthly Service Checks - Our technician will schedule a time and stop by your home to do the season and regular check-ups on your home. At this time if any additional needs or fixes can be done or scheduled. This is the service that allows you to know who is coming to your home and know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to save you time maintaining you or your loved ones home. We can help busy family tackle those time-consuming home projects. Or take care of a parent's home who can't get around like they used to. Even new home owners can benefit from a plan to help them learn what they need to do to maintain a safe and healthy home. We are do not include full-time handyman services with our plans. You will get 10 hours of handyman service a year that you can use towards projects, but we won't remodel an entire bathroom for you. We have a great network of professionals who do those types of repairs ready to help. We can even refer other services like lawn care, snow removal, home remodeling, landscaping, major painting projects, trim, flooring and more. Our trusted partners can remove the headache of having to track down and find someone to help you. What you can expect from us is monthly, professional service and a recorded service log so you can see what works has been done, will be done, and is suggested. This can be useful to manage a home you don't live in or if you plan to sell your home. We cannot guarantee any warranties or other companies' products or services. We can only conduct visual assessments of your home at the time we are there. We will do our best to notify you of what we can see - but we're not home inspectors. Think of us as an oil change company but for your home. We'll clean the windows, replace the wipers, add an air freshener, and fill the window washer fluid but we won't change the transmission. We are excited to offer our services to you and your family so you can have the peace of mind that your home is taken care of without taking up your precious time.
