Looking for a few guys that know how to build a fence and are capable of getting to work on time with their own transportation. We would prefer some carpentry experience but are willing to train the right people.

Our onboarding process is a 5 week probationary period where you

start at 12.50$/hr

Get a .50$ raise every week you show up and work for 5 weeks “15$/hr”

For anyone who has their own tools truck and trailer.

We can start your pay at 15$/hr for a 5 week probationary period. To include a 1$/hr raise a week “20$/hr after 5 weeks”

If you are the exception who has ample experience and timely we can discuss fast tracking the probationary period.

Our ultimate goal is to help establish multiple crews that have all their own equipment “truck, trailer and tools” to have on

commission pay “profit sharing”
