A cracked window pane does not mean the whole window needs to go. 🪟

Hauppauge, NY. The frame was in perfect condition with no rot, no damage, and no structural issues. The only thing that needed attention was the glass itself. We measured the opening, cut the replacement glass on site, installed it clean and sealed everything properly before leaving.

One visit, the right fix, no unnecessary cost.

A rotten window frame is one of those problems that never stays contained. 🪵

What starts as a soft spot on the exterior of the frame is already moisture damage working its way inward. By the time it is visible from the inside it has usually spread into the surrounding wall, the insulation, and in some cases the structural framing behind the window.

The window itself is often still salvageable at that point. The damage around it may not be. Repairing a rotten frame early is not just about the window. It is about protecting everything the window is built into.

A window that does not close properly is not always a replacement job. Most of the time it just needs to be adjusted. 🪟

Lynbrook, NY. The window was sitting uneven in the frame, not sealing tight when closed, and letting cold air through on every side. We came out, assessed the fit, adjusted the sash and hardware, and the window was closing flush and sealing properly before we left.

No new window. No unnecessary cost. Just the right adjustment done right.

Fall is the right time to check your windows. Not December. Not when the draft is already coming through. Now. 🍂

Huntington, NY homeowners have one good window before winter hits Long Island. Caulk, locks, wooden frames, fogged glass, weatherstripping, screens. Six things that take minutes to check and cost a lot more to fix after the cold sets in.

If anything raises a flag - give us a call before winter makes it worse.

That foggy look between your window panes is not just cosmetic. It means the insulated seal has failed and the window is no longer doing its job. 🪟

Manhasset, NY. Once the seal goes, the insulating gas escapes and outside air starts affecting the temperature inside your home. Energy bills go up, condensation builds, and the longer it sits the worse it gets.

We replace foggy IGU glass units across Long Island. Frame stays, glass gets replaced. One visit, problem solved.

Door not closing right? It is probably the mechanism, not the door. 🚪

Huntington, NY. Replaced the mechanism, door closes clean and locks solid. One visit, done.
