LIMITED 12/31 – 1/9
Oxtail Tteok Mandu Guk

In Korea, Tteokguk is traditionally eaten on New Year’s Day
to symbolize a fresh start and a new year of life.

The long, white rice cakes represent purity, longevity, and good fortune,
and finishing a bowl means you’ve officially welcomed the new year.

Our version is made with oxtail broth slow-simmered for 36 hours,
creating a deep, rich flavor with melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

This is a once-a-year seasonal special.
Last year, it sold out fast ! don’t miss it.

Introducing Korean Gwamegi in New York.

Made from herring, a fish long enjoyed across Europe,
gwamegi follows a distinct Korean winter tradition,
slowly air-dried in natural sea winds.

Through this curing process, the flavor develops
a deep umami reminiscent of bottarga,
while the texture remains soft yet pleasantly chewy.

Balanced and savory, gwamegi pairs beautifully with
champagne, makgeolli, and soju.

Due to its seasonal nature,
available in limited quantities only.

📅 Starting December 18
💲 $75 (for two)

Experience a Korean winter classic this season.
