Completed this month for Matt and Michelle Cutlip. Started with a complete tear out of the walls to studs, changed out all the old wiring, drywalled installed recessed lighting with new fans. All new oak trim stained to match. Finished up with new flooring.

MF&R here, with another beautiful remodel.
And we've been extremely excited to share this one with you all!

And thank you again to Lori for allowing us the opportunity to bring such a unique job to fulfillment.

With Lori being a long time customer and friend of ours, we were very eager to get started where we had left off in the basement. But not before bringing the upstairs living room back to life.
Here we applied a new texture finished ceiling with a knock down. And sealed it all in with new crown molding and fresh paint on the walls. I think we can all agree this room looks incredible.

Also seen in the pictures is the family room fireplace. We added a piece of cedar to cap in the side of the exposed chimney and and make it look complete with the rest of the woodwork. And the custom mantle we made and installed for her.

In the basement, we installed new doors and jams n 4 of the interior door ways. Each door was custom cut to fit the entry, painted, and all hardware installed. And applied fresh paint to both exterior doors.

Moving into the small room with the main sewer and drain pipe coming into the house, we did a full flip and created a custom half bath designed to hide all the preexisting and maximize the usable space.
She wanted to keep the clean simple country feel, while working off of some modern elements. And we gave her just that. Complete with built in place custom vanity/cabinetry combo, custom up flushing toilet system, Wayne's coating, drywall, drop ceiling, recess lighting, exhaust fan, and we even painted the floor on the way out!
This bathroom truly shines in its essence.

In the back office we finished already hung drywall and painted all of the walls including the block and the 3 windows to really make the room pop. This job was a complete success with another very happy customer.
