Ok flower stand fans, it’s official: unfortunately, I lost 100% of my dahlia tubers over the winter. I was hopeful that a few were salvageable, but they’re all rotten. I’ve placed a new order for some more from my favorite Five Forks Farm, but dahlia tubers are crazy expensive and running a free flower stand is not very lucrative 😂 So, long story short: if you (or anyone you know) has any tubers to spare, I will happily take them!

We will of course have TONS of other gorgeous flowers all summer long, but my dahlia stock was massive (for perspective, last year we had over 25 varieties and 50 separate plants!) and because of their size and quantity, they make up the bulk of our bouquets.

These flowers are so pretty and such an enormous pain in the butt to baby all winter long and to collect and get attached to 😭 I don’t recommend it lol. In other news: spring is here and the garden is ready for us, so worry not. The Free Little Flower Stand will be alive and well this year, with or without our dahlias!
