We are so excited to be partnering with Richland Academy of the Arts on their StrongHER TogethHER program this Saturday!! Idea Works Kitchen will be providing the supporting activity in collaboration with Dr. David Vanata and Allie Holmes to explore the nutritional needs of female athletes and how to tailor meals for rest, training, and competition days!
