Looking for something that won't drop its leaves in the fall?

The Chinese Fringe Flower, (Loropetalum) is an evergreen that can be grown as a shrub or a smaller tree. It also blooms twice a year. Right now it is on its second bloom. In the Spring it blooms even more prolifically... surprisingly, the more frequently it gets fertilized the more purple the leaves will become!
