In Part 2 of our DreamWeaver by Engineered Floors series, we’re looking at Heat Setting and Tufting — two important steps that help give carpet its durability, softness, density and finished appearance.

🔥 Heat Setting locks the twist of the yarn in place, helping the fibers maintain their strength and durability.

🧵 Tufting uses thousands of needles to insert the yarn into the primary backing, where pile height, density, weight, patterns and loops begin to take shape.
