Some of my favorite details in the primary bath at our Mount Si project have to be the sliding shower door for it’s seamless look, the stunning slab bench, and the open shelf below the drawers on the vanity. I love how it breaks it up while providing a nice way to store towels, TP, and other toiletries. What’s your favorite feature?

Our Mount Si project is now live on our website! Starting with the main living space we turned into a modern yet comfortable sitting room. We refinished the hardwoods, removed the stone on the fireplace for plaster, redid the drywall, fresh paint, and so much more. Check out the full reveal on our website.

Throwback to one of our very first projects, The Farmhouse Estates. Still to this day it’s one of our favorites! Between the skybridge, millwork detail, and tile work, it’s simply timeless.

Progress photos from our Lake Sawyer Modern Project! I am absolutely loving how this one is turning out and there’s still so much more to it. This project has stretched me as a designer and I am forever grateful for clients who trust me and my vision for their home. There’s nothing better than hearing clients say “there’s no way I could’ve designed this on my own. I would have never thought to do x,y, or z”!

At Fairspring Design, we believe your home should be more than just beautiful—it should be a place that reflects who you are and supports the life you want to live. 🤍

Every space we design is thoughtfully curated to bring together luxury and livability, creating homes that feel warm, peaceful, functional, and deeply personal. Our hope is that when you walk through your front door, you’re met with comfort, connection, and a sense of home that inspires you every single day.💭

1. I would never choose finishes before understanding the way you live.

2. I would never underestimate lighting.

The right lighting plan can completely change how a space feels and it’s one of the hardest things to fix later.

3. I would never design a kitchen without thinking about function first. The prettiest kitchen in the world won’t matter if the layout doesn’t work for your family.

4. I would never skip storage planning.

If you’re thinking about starting a project soon, the link is in our bio & we are always here to connect!🤍
