One skillet, 20 minutes, and you've got dinner. Ground beef, cabbage, garlic, ginger — scrambled egg stirred in at the end so everything holds together instead of just falling apart in the bowl.
The key is building the sauce right in the pan and keeping the sesame oil and sriracha off the heat so they stay bright instead of cooking out.
About 3 net carbs per serving if you're keeping it low-carb. Over rice if you're not. Either way works.
