The addition on this home was settling by almost 6 inches. The doors and windows weren't working due to the settling issues. We temporarily supported the addition, while we repaired the issue. We excavated approximately 4 feet down, and poured the proper ribbon footing. We then stacked concrete columns to set the addition back onto. Everything is level and doors and windows now are working properly.

We did a complete garage demolition and added a new frost wall, which allowed us to raise the garage. This solved the basement flooding problem (with heavy rain) in this home. We replaced the existing old garage with a new 2 stall garage.

Here are 2 different egress windows we installed in 2 different homes that had no existing windows.

We replaced the egress window well, because the previous one was failing.

We installed an egress window in this home. The owner was getting water in the basement, so we excavated around the home and water proofed the basement walls, fixing the problem.
