Today, I'm proud to finally showcase my personal project that I just completed. This is something I've been working on over the past couple winters. I harvested the fallen hickory trees off of my grandfather's land about 10 years ago, then I milled them into lumber, and kiln dried the boards. Back when I milled the lumber, I had no plan on what the lumber would be used for. When we bought our house up north, there were no upper cabinets which gave me the itch to build a whole new set of cabinets, and accent them with a travertine tile backsplash, granite countertops, and under-cabinet lighting.

Check out the finishings we installed for this homeowners new front porch addition along the beautiful shores of Gem Beach. Stephen Knapp at Blue Line Custom Works LLC and I tore out the existing windows, re framed the opening and installed new windows, a cedar ceiling, with board and batton wall coverings, and the flooring.

Just finished up on this awesome whole house remodel for the Wilson family on the beautiful shores of West Harbor in Catawba! All new flooring, lighting, custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and custom tile shower and tile floors. Take a look at the before and after pics to see the beautiful finishes they picked out. Check out the before and after pics of the facelift this home just got! 2 new sized windows, some new siding, new shutters, gable vent and a beautiful azek band with hand split shake siding on the gable. Thank you very much to the Halfhill family for trusting me with your project! Just in time for the holidays!
