Got the call tonight for a house with flickering lights, no heat and half of the circuits working.

Was able to diagnose the issue over the phone.(saving her the cost of an after hours service call.)

Not a good night to lose all of your electric heat!

Although, I advised her to call Marblehead Light Dept, not the fire dept!😂

Hats off to Marblehead Municial Light for getting her back up and running!
