NOW HIRING:
We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Coordinator to manage daily service operations by scheduling and dispatching technicians, acting as the primary liaison between customers and field staff. Ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective maintenance, repair, and installation services. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in software like Microsoft Office , Quickbooks and organizational abilities to manage work orders, parts, and invoicing.

Scheduling and Dispatching: Assigning service technicians to maintenance, repair, and emergency calls based on skill, location, and availability.

Fulltime-$18 to $25 per hour based on experience in HVAC industry and work with microsoft office and Quickbooks. Must have exceptional customer service and phone skills.

Benefits include: medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, paid holidays and vacation time. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm

If the snow storm and frigid temperatures arrive this weekend, make sure you’ve changed your furnace filter. Furnaces are going to run non-stop and a dirty filter can leave you in the cold.
If our office has to close on Monday or if the power goes out and our phones don’t work, you can call 614-568-3577 or 419-560-5603 for no heat emergencies.
