We know that hardwood floors are essentially viewed as a luxury amenity for your home.

You don’t HAVE TO have them, but DANG ARE THEY AWESOME WHEN YOU DO! 😁 They quite simple just look incredible! 🤩

There are many other pros about having hardwood floors though.

The investment you put into having the hardwood floors restored in your home will drastically pay you back if you ever decide to sell. This can be one of the biggest returns on investments you make for your home. 💵 They also offer healthier air quality, and are much easier to maintain than carpeting.

These beautiful ✨ older floors just needed some TLC, attention, & a little love. 🥰 That’s where we came in!

The floors you are seeing (pictured) are the original floors in this Squirrel Hill home. You can see the before & after alterations. These floors are well over 100 years old!

As absolutely stunning and gorgeous as they already were, the decades had taken a toll on them. There were a few issues that needed taken care of. No problem for LG Flooring!

These floors are white oak with a mesmerizing darker walnut accent trim. We went to work and performed a full restoration on them. We performed some flooring CPR 👨‍⚕️ 😉 on them by sanding out the old stains and scratches. Team LG Flooring brought them back to life with a natural look and no stain.

Now, these floors will still look amazing for decades to come! 🤩
