Unfortunately this homeowner maintained his home for many years his self. Although he did the best he could, he didn’t really know what to look for. Wood Roy is very common and often it is covered by paint and to can’t see it.

Homeowner called me, asked if I would come and fix this roof. She says that she paid a lot of money to have this new roof put on. And it started leaking again. She called the guy who did this many times, and he won’t answer his phone. Hmmm —More pics to come of the fix.
