The primary bath now has a fluted freestanding tub in an arched alcove with floating wood shelves, a walk-in shower in large-format marble-look tile with a bench and matte black fixtures, vessel sinks, brushed gold faucets and lighted mirrors.

Arched openings lead into a built-in banquette nook with storage under the bench and a woven chandelier. In the living room, we added built-in shelving beside the stacked-stone fireplace and new hardwood flooring throughout.

A top-to-bottom luxury renovation in Mableton. The kitchen has crisp white Shaker uppers with glass toppers, warm wood lowers, quartz counters and backsplash, a pro-style range under a custom hood with wood banding, and a built-in refrigerator wall. Storage doesn't have to be boring. This custom file and storage cabinet with a built-in bookcase, finished in a rich burgundy, gives the guest room real function and a bold focal point.

Dining room turned home office! This custom built-in desk has a butcher-block top over gray-wood cabinetry, and the storage is planned so the workday disappears when you're done.

A second condo kitchen in the same Decatur building, and it has its own personality. Bright white Shaker cabinetry, quartz counters, warm wood floating shelves, a blue glass accent stripe and a brass faucet for a little sparkle.

Condo kitchens can wow too. We opened up the pass-through and stacked white Shaker uppers with lit glass toppers over warm wood lowers with matte black pulls, finished with quartz counters and backsplash.

Spa mornings, every morning. This primary bath has an inset Hazelnut Oak double vanity, brushed gold wall-mount faucets, a freestanding tub, dual rain heads and a lit shower niche.

Every great kitchen deserves a hard-working back kitchen. Glass pocket doors open to Newport Millstone Shaker cabinetry, a walk-in pantry and a statement chandelier. The mess stays out of sight and the style stays front and center.
