took nearly $600 (without our acknowledge or consent) from our payment account, said they’d give it back to us, ignored us after a month when we asked where it was then said they weren’t going to give it back with no reason. Etsy does not care about their sellers/small businesses and I, along with thousands of others, cannot wait to see them fall. Please stop supporting Etsy and buy directly.
