Hey we love surprises, but not like this. A crack spanning the entire width and length formed after our estimate. The customer had 3 weeks to say something but didn't inform us. That's okay. This is a lot of 2 part quick-set crack filler at $90 per gallon, prepping, sand, grinding, vacuuming, and wiping with acetone.
A solid 2 hours in total. We didn't adjust the price. We just did it. This led to a referral. Which led to another referral. If you bid your jobs right, you can absorb a couple hundred bucks, take it like a man/woman/whatever and be a rockstar. Never bid too lean. It pays dividends.
