Family vacation, kids back to school, three installs, a presentation AND a new project kickoff… August was jam-packed, but we made it!

It may still feel like summer around here, but we’re heading into September with our heads down and lots of exciting design work underway. Ready for a busy Fall!

Meet our Healdsburg Modern project! We designed this home for winemaker clients who dreamed of a warm, multi-generational retreat for family + friends.

With entertaining in mind, we expanded the kitchen, added a butler’s pantry, and centered it all around an oversized island made for cooking, gathering, and plenty of good wine. 🍷

We opted for a modern, neutral palette layered with roman clay, plaster, handmade tile + linen to bring warmth and texture throughout.
The result: a warm + modern home designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying wine country living.

Thoughtful design choices resulted in this primary bathroom feeling bigger + brighter - even though we didn’t change the footprint. We designed a custom vanity with two sinks instead of one for better function, and removed the wall around the shower in favor of glass to make the shower feel more spacious.
