I know! I know, I have felt that temptation too! 😁 Just slap that paint on and get it done! But whoa Nelly! ✋ Slow down and take the time needed to prepare the walls “canvas” for the next paint chapter! Painting, like life, shouldn’t be rushed. Prep is the first part of “prep”pare. Make sure your painter does this (we do) because if it isn’t done- it will show! Have a beautiful Friday and a day of joy with blessings 🪛🪜🦛✅

Should you take the time to wash walls, doors or whatever surface you will be puttin paint on? 🤔
✅ Yes, just cause paint can cover it, doesn’t mean it will stick as well to dust bunnies, spaghetti spatters, and grimey slimeys!
✅ Yes, some grease and stains can bleed through to cause issues after paint dries.
✅ Yes, it’s a lot like changing your underwear each day… you might be the only one who knows for sure —but your mom would be proud and happy that you did! Besides: Cleanliness is next to Godliness.

Hello Family & Friends! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted! As many of you know I’m caregiving for Dad, who turned 91 years young last Saturday! I was working an outside job but it becomes difficult with scheduling to fit in well with caregiving sooooo… I decided to try my hand at something I’ve done for family and friends for years: painting, decor, and help with organizing! I still won’t have much time for my personal page but know I love you all, have missed you bunches and would so appreciate your sharing reviews if I’ve painted for you and I’d appreciate your liking my Poka Poka Poka Paint-a-Potamus Page (I sent invites to you all I hope - techie challenges with Moi)!
