Started a few new projects today. First was to install and wire a range vent hood. The other was to remove a pantry cabinet, extend drop ceiling over, wire the fridge and install the water line for the refrigerator, and build a new cabinet to go above the fridge. Last remove a loose concrete slap off old steps and build a small deck to cover old steps. Slap some more mud around tomorrow and finish the deck. Finish the drywall work monday and build the new cabinet.

No issues here. Lol Came to look at a water leak and a smell in the bathroom. The water leak is unrelated to the butchery in the pics besides the same guy caused the water leak and smell in bathroom. They cut the floor joist entirely out without putting in new structure. No trap on the drain to keep sewer gases from coming back into the house. The water leak is the simple fix. They rolled the oring for the tub faucet and when. The customer put it to shower it would spit back into the wall cavity, saturating the drywall behind the tub surround.
