Have you tried our custom beer yet?! If so, let us know what you think!

If you haven't, let me fill you in...this is a Czech style beer, balanced and easy drinking with delicious crisp, spicy notes. We absolutely had to incorporate Czech inspiration since our own family has Czech roots...why do you think we love to make kolaches? 🤣

Anyway, once you give it a shot, we'd love to hear your feedback. It's on tap now at Bistro at Blooms and the bar is open at 4pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays!

We recently dug up this old sketch, this was from when we were first trying to figure out how to make a bar & evening service work over at Bistro at Blooms! As you can see, this isn't quite the plan we went with...we ended up expanding beyond what we had first dreamed of! Looking back on little things like this reminds us of how far we've come as a small business...thank you all for your support on this adventure 🥰

Well, we were looking out the window and...it's not pretty 😅 These storms are pretty rough, so the garden center will be closing down for the day. Nobody wants to be outside in this and we can't blame them!

However....the Bistro at Blooms is STAYING OPEN and we would LOVE to see you! The bar opens at 4 and dinner starts at 4:30, and we could really use your support. Our family has worked incredibly hard on putting this together so, to be honest, we're a bit nervous that things will be slow tonight given the weather. If you can make it, please come party with us!
