We’re finally back at it! We just finished up 51 re-decks at a condo complex in Simsbury…and this week we broke ground in Marlborough.
7 hours of framing today…off to a good start 👍🏼

Our Colchester build is all wrapped up! It’s 20’x 16’, Trex Select in Pebble Gray; with white, vinyl Colorguard Classic railings and gate securing the permiter. I think with the addition of vinyl privacy lattice and pvc trim it really sets it apart from your basic deck build. Here’s to the next 35 years of enjoying the space with next to no maintenance. 203-980-0908

I mean…I think it’s an upgrade…

From the beautiful Trex Enhanced Jasper deck body, highlighted with the Trex Spiced Rum perimeter board, skirting, stairs, and drink rail 👌🏼
Top that off with my favorite Colorguard Lincoln black aluminum railings…and we have ourselves a couple of decks!

Here’s our little 17’ x 10’ pressure treated deck build in Glastonbury. Not bad for a total of 4 days…one of which was demo, digging footings, and pouring concrete. The pt obviously requires maintenance to keep it in tip top shape, but this one is starting out neat as a pin; and with some love will be standing for 25 years. 203-980-0908

Final pics from the Jacobson Farm Rd deck build. Nearly 500 sq ft of Trex Select Pebble Gray decking; Trex low voltage riser lighting; the Florence vinyl railing, from Color Guard Railing, with the decking board drink rail. With the addition of some privacy lattice, pvc trim boards, and solar caps… and we have one amazing deck for the next 35- 40 years. Top it off with some fresh mulch from D. Perrelli Landscaping…and this thing is ready to show.

End of framing, Day 6. We are 99% done on this one.

Trex low voltage riser lights are in and functional ✅
All the solar post caps are installed ✅
The pvc lattice and trim boards are installed ✅

We just have to add a few drink rail brackets and plug a few holes and this job is set for a double graduation party in about 2 weeks! 203-980-0908
