We had the honor of bringing this little Marlow Ok home back to life for a lovely couple who have owned this place for quite a long time. While I was there washing the soffit and areas that didnt need repairs prior to paint, I was thinking about all the hate the Stephen's County / City of Duncan law enforcement has received the past few weeks. Fred Wheeler is a member of the Stephens County Sherrifs Department and maybe one of the nicest Men I've met. I decided in that moment to wash their drive way and the years of build up on the brick at no cost in appreciation for his service. I also decided that any Vetted Law Enforcement I do any work for will receive some sort of free to them service outside of the scope of work. The people of law enforcement are no different than any of us. There are good ones and bad ones. We look forward to helping them with future projects and are greatful to have had the opportunity to help them with their updates. 🙏

Haven't done much good keeping up on this page but here is a sneak peak of a project we've been working on. Should be finished up tomorrow 🙏

Total water control in progress. We're intercepting yard runoff with a 75ft French drain, transitioning to 40ft of solid pipe, and discharging it safely away from the home. At the same time, we're repairing the water-damaged sheathing and replacing the LP SmartSide on the flooded addition.
Water mitigation isn't just about properly flashing / sealing the wall. It's about routing the water away so the water damage never happens again. Message us today to get your home's exterior secured!

New vanity + New Shower, Shower door will be installed later this week and we will be finished with this one 🤌

We were contacted to come take a look at a shower remodel that had went south due to an inexperienced contractor and known scammer! This wonderful, retired military couple had relocated here from Florida and where unfortunately taken advantage of and got screwed out of $5,000 and left with this mess. We had to demo everything and start at ground zero, however we got them squared away and they got the shower they wanted and it turned out beautiful 👌. Thanks again to Hayes & McCauley Home Improvement, LLC for the killer tile work. The door will be installed later this week and this one will be a rap. Give us a call if you need a project taken care of.

The videos and pictures definitely do not reveal the process for this extensive laundry room makeover. The entire house underwent a re-wire, New HVAC system throughout, moved the plumbing & waterheater, we moved 2 walls out 4 inches and repaired some old termite damage. Deleted doors, lots of floor prep for LVP. Custom knotty alder baseboard, floating shelf and waterheater closet. Custom entry way with rustic 5x5's and so much more. As you know with multiple contractors we hit bumps in the road and theres always unseen obstacles with remodels of this scale. However we made it to the other end of this project in 1 piece and we are on to the next one 🫡

Transformation From Dated Tile to Modern Butcher Block!
Take a look at this kitchen transformation! We just wrapped up a project that involved a serious upgrade in both style and function.
The original setup featured old tile.. they actually tiled around the faucet—making for a tough cleaning situation and a dated look. We demoed everything, removing layers of old tile and the formica underneath to make room for something special.

The Upgrades:
Custom Butcher Block - Hand-finished for a warm, organic feel.

The Details: All edges were rounded over for a smooth, modern profile.

The Finish: Sealed with Odie’s Dark to bring out those rich, deep wood tones and provide incredible durability.

Hardware: Installed a sleek new black under-mount sink paired with a matching black faucet for a sharp, high-contrast look.

I’m thrilled with how the "dark" finish pulls the whole room together. What a difference a fresh surface makes!
Need an upgrade for your own kitchen or workspace? Shoot me a message for a quote!
