This initial cut needed some attention on the edges. This often can very well be the most time consuming part. Tall grass isn’t really an issue for me. 🤷‍♂️

How to run a 3 man crew on residential.
1. Structure
Each team member should have an assigned duty. No confusion or bouncing all around looking for work.
2. Timing
Everyone starts in the front first. The goal is to start cleaning up asap.
3. Tools
Each person is running different equipment for their task.
4. Efficiency
If someone gets done earlier, there is usually something that can be done. Weeds in the flowerbeds, picking up any trash or debris, filling up equipment or string.
5. Accountability
Mistakes should be made known and corrected by the individual. This will help train them how to do it correctly.
