We never got anyone hired from the last post - we gave a few people a shot and interviewed a few but no luck.. With that being said, we are in the market for 2 hands - we would like to have a few guys with fence experience that can cut/weld a little, read a level and tape, operate a skid steer, and follow a routine…

If you don’t that’s ok, but must be able to read a tape, follow written instructions, willing to help, and have some common sense..

Money will be determined after the first week of work, and pay will range from 120-200.. wherever you start there is room to make more which is obviously determined by you and your abilities..

It’s been cold, wet, and muddy the past few days - but that hasn’t slowed the guys and I down! We are grateful for the work and to be working!

If you know Cold Water Creek that crosses Hwy 80 between Marshall and Hallsville, you know what kind of water it takes, and how high it gets..

Some may think this creek crossing may look over engineered, but we wanted to guarantee the land owner no issues… Just like on all other jobs, we want to do it right the first time, and not have to come back to re-do! Also, Dad and I have had calves go through a 4 ft culvert so we hinged rubber mats to prevent!

If you have a creek crossing you need built over creeks small or large, commercial fence, residential fence, farm and ranch fence, shops, pole barns, land clearing, dirtwork, roads built, culverts set, gravel spread, or anything in between Parker Fence Co. is your one stop shop! 903-407-1599

He has been gracious and work has been plentiful! The snow and ice slowed us down for a few days, but it was rest well needed!

We’ve been knee deep in mud the last few days…building a big water crossing on Cold Water Creek. We are grateful to be busy! (Pics to come)

Here are some of the pictures of the fence line we cleared, buried timber, and some dirtwork before the snow! We will be back on it, as soon as it dries out a touch!

It’s been an awesome start to 2026, with that being said we are in the market for another employee!

It would be great to have a problem solver that knows their way around fence and buildings, string lines, can read a tape and level, possibly cut and weld, and has some go and grit!

The knowledge and the skill set above is not a must but what is a must is - on time, willing to listen and learn, hustle, work hard, take pride in yourself, and have a valid drivers license.. If you say you know, we expect you to know! We are willing to teach, but you must be able to comprehend after a certain time frame! No question is a dumb question - if you don’t understand please ask.. We understand that there is a learning curve, we want to teach but we don’t want to hold anyone’s hand!

Here at PFC - We work hard in the elements! You will not be ask to do anything that me and my guys arent willing to do ourselves, you will be compensated for your skill set and knowledge, awarded bonus on jobs finished before deadlines, and if you bring a job to the table you will be compensated appropriately!

It’s 5 days a week, off on weekends unless you need some Saturday hrs.. We average 10 hr days and pay a day rate! We leave the yard at 630, and are shutting down around 430 unless something is pressing!

We have been working on this 2 sided dock/bridge, sight prep, and design.. It’s going as planned and really starting to look exactly how we planned.. we are working on the finishing touches and will post at completion!

Finished up this painted toprail with welded clips and stretched netwire.. Also completed this metal r-panel 8 ft gray privacy with trim.. We can get this r-panel cut at any desired height, can weld/paint frame, and hang metal for dang near the same price as cedar! Give us a call - 903-407-1599
