We love partnering with our local communities! Our local Parks Department reached out to see if we could prep the new pickleball concrete and older basketball courts to get everything ready for coating.

We went back and forth with questions because the pickleball courts were only 2 weeks old, so we needed to know exactly what the coating rep and concrete contractor recommended when it came to pressure.

Once we arrived to wash, we realized the older basketball court would be better prepared after edging it first. After edging, blowing everything off, rinsing, and surface cleaning, these courts were in tip-top shape and ready for coating.

After allowing the courts to fully dry, they were coated 48 hours later and are now ready to get back to serving our local community!

This is one of my favorite projects so far!!

A client of ours asked us to take a look at his barn to see what we could do on refinishing and restoring it. He said it was pretty special, it turns 97 years old this year 🤯 and sits on a SMALL piece of land between the Missouri and Mississippi rivers.

We went to pressure wash it and our client met us up there and was telling us about it. During the Flood of 93 when both Mississippi and Missouri rivers were out, the water reached to above the 1st floor doors and windows. He talked about how in the 30's before people had cars they used to walk across the train bridges to the "square dances" and parties that were thrown in this barn. We had a neighbor stop by and talk about how people would hang out here at this barn during prohibition. The Alton History museum used to be on the first floor for years. After countless weddings and family reunions it is still standing. On the 2nd floor there is a full size basketball court!
After washing we finished it off with primer and fresh paint. Start to finish in 6 days! The pictures do not show the size of this massive barn, and they definitely do not show you the beauty!
