✨ Employee Spotlight: Ryan Poulos ✨

Meet Ryan— one of our Crew Leaders and Service Technicians here at Love Well & Water Works! Ryan has been part of the team since the very beginning, starting back in July 2022. As a crew leader, he’s out in the field every day leading jobs, handling service calls, and making sure our customers are taken care of from start to finish.

Ryan works in the family business as the owner’s son-in-law, which makes his dedication to the company even more meaningful. When he’s not on the job, Ryan loves watching football and spending quality time with his family. He’s happily married to his wife, Adison, and together they have two kids—son Weldon and daughter Huntleigh—who keep life busy and full.

On his days off, you’ll most likely find Ryan watching football or making memories with his family, and when it comes to grabbing a bite locally, he’s always down for Japanese food—especially Koumi Express in Monroe 🍣

We’re thankful for Ryan’s leadership, hard work, and the heart he brings to our team every single day. Love Well & Water Works wouldn’t be the same without him! 💙💧

✨ Employee Spotlight: Ansley Griffin ✨

Meet Ansley—our Office Manager and one of the originals here at Love Well & Water Works! She’s been with us since the very beginning in 2022 and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From invoicing and paperwork to answering phones and keeping us all on track, Ansley does it all (and makes it look easy).

When she’s not holding down the office, you’ll most likely find her at the pasture soaking up time with her animals. An avid animal lover, Ansley has 6 dogs, several goats, and several cows—basically her own little farm 🐶🐐🐄

On her days off, she’s happiest spending time outdoors with her animals, and if you’re looking for her favorite local bite, you can find her at Monterey Mexican Restaurant 🌮

We’re so grateful for Ansley and all she brings to our team—Love Well & Water Works wouldn’t be the same without her! 💙💧

Weekend calls look a little different when the next generation tags along. While Pop and Dad fixed a busted pipe from the cold weather, Weldon was hard at work playing in the dirt and “helping” with the shovel. The future of Love Well & Water Works is already clocking in 😉 💪🏼💧
