Ingredients:

100g rolled oats
70g hazelnuts
20g sesame seeds
20g flax seeds
30g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
1 egg
40ml natural honey
75ml milk
70g dried apricots
50g walnuts
60g almonds

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (360ยฐF). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, natural honey, and milk until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Chop the dried apricots, walnuts, and almonds into small pieces. Add them to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands to press the mixture firmly into the dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the granola bars are golden brown and set.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool completely in the dish.

Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut the granola into bars or squares.

Store the granola bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

20 g instant gelatin
150 g walnuts
50 g pine nuts
50 g almonds
50 g cashew nuts
350 g cottage cheese
150 g natural yogurt
Powdered sugar (to taste, optional)

Instructions:

Place the dried cranberries, dried apricots, and plums in a bowl of cold water for 15-20 minutes to rehydrate and remove any preservatives. Then, drain them and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a separate bowl, mix 100 ml of water with instant gelatin. Allow it to swell according to package instructions.
In a food processor or blender, combine the walnuts, pine nuts, almonds, cashew nuts, cottage cheese, and natural yogurt. Blend until smooth.
Melt the swollen gelatin mixture gently over low heat or in the microwave.
Gradually add a small portion of the nut and cheese mixture to the melted gelatin, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming. If desired, add powdered sugar to taste for extra sweetness.
