Ingredients:
100g rolled oats
70g hazelnuts
20g sesame seeds
20g flax seeds
30g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
1 egg
40ml natural honey
75ml milk
70g dried apricots
50g walnuts
60g almonds
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (360ยฐF). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, natural honey, and milk until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Chop the dried apricots, walnuts, and almonds into small pieces. Add them to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands to press the mixture firmly into the dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the granola bars are golden brown and set.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool completely in the dish.
Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut the granola into bars or squares.
Store the granola bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
