I had a repeat customer call me yesterday. She had forgotten we left our card on my last visit and called another company out to fix her garage door. The person showed up, didn’t know how to fix it, and demanded she pay $300.00. She felt intimidated by the person and paid him. She didn’t get a receipt; none was offered.
I showed up this morning, and it was a tripped GFI in her breaker panel. Simple fix.
Really infuriates me when service providers take advantage of Seniors.

Short story, today I was on 188th Street NE. (Near the old Long Horn Saloon). The work phone rang so I pulled over to take the call.
Customer had a broken spring on their garage door. I ask for the address and had to check but I was right across the street. Obviously I said, how about now? Told the customer to look out their front door. 🤣

Today’s before and after happened in the Gleneagle Community . Our clients moved from Marysville where we installed a new door for them years ago. Now again at their new place in Gleneagle. Ironically the business card on the wall was from a competitor “All Phase Garage Doors”. We acquired them 6 years ago. Kinda fun when all 6 of my jobs today were either repeat customers or past customers of All Phase Garage Doors.
