Thursdays This to that.Rotrepair job in Burien we did near SeaTac. Costumer had latex paint on there home not allowing the logs to breathe and therefor causing them to rot. We stained to match the preexisting using Chestnut ultra 7 Perma-Chink Systems chinked with dark brown chinking. We also put new cedar shingles and new staircase down the back deck.

Thursdays this to that. Back again with deck work this time, post replacement. Many log homes are built with massive log post to hold up the deck. Goes without question when they stand alone in the elements underneath the deck, they are gonna rot. When they do we replace them with brand new ones treated with Borate and stained with Perma-Chink Systems Ultra 2 Natural with Gloss topcoat.

Thursdays this to that. Always a few rotten deck boards to replace when restoring these cabins. Always good to treat new deck boards with borate and apply M-balm epoxy to the old stringers, Perma-Chink Systems. Were here for all your carpentry needs around your cabin.
