Outlet Key Shop has a full time shop position available, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Responsibilities will include receiving incoming/outgoing deliveries, monitoring person work emails, cleanliness of shop and work area, answer phones, daily register reconciliation, basic key duplicates, and other tasks assigned by management.

You will be trained to be able to do (but not limited to)

Make new keys from duplications, impressions, and key codes from a variety of key blanks

Inspect, repair and/or rekey doors, cabinets, padlocks, electric panel locks, safety locks, tubular locks, cylindrical locks, and mechanical and electro technical combination locks.

Use and maintain the care of key duplicating and code key machines.

Automotive Key programming. Learn onboard operations. etc.

Ideal candidate will be able to provide superior customer service, be able to multitask, detail oriented and proficient with computers and various computer programs. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and follow thru on assigned tasks. Position can require candidate to be able to switch between many tasks at any given moment. Candidate will also need to have some mechanical aptitude. Applicant must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Locksmith experience is not required.
