A weekend of catching up (due to taking Memorial Day off) but most importantly, we were able to get every piece of equipment serviced. Whether it needed it or not, all handhelds were touched, hedge trimmers sharpened and serviced, mowers serviced and decks leveled and all out of service equipment is now fixed and back on the road.

Over $200 in fuel was spent filling up fuel cans and mowers for the week, but we are ready to kick this week off and hopefully hit it hard with all the rain that we've been receiving.

This kind of foolishness drives me nuts! This is another "company" who wants to advertise galore of their services and then turn around and subcontract everything out while sitting at home on the couch, collecting money and profiting off of others work.

We will NEVER EVER subcontract, your yard or property! We will always be on site because you hired US! When choosing a lawn care vendor, please consider things like this. Hire correctly the first time!

We offer landscaping maintenance, irrigation, sod, tree work and more.
We utilize top quality machinery and over maintenance it so that our downtime is limited or non-existent.

ALL Applicant Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age (insurance requirements due to power equipment)
Must have reliable transportation TO and FROM work
Know how to operate machinery or can be taught with little repetition
Good attitude & eye for detail
Ability to listen and follow directions

We start and end our day out of Clermont, FL (34711). You'll need to get to and from work. Our day usually starts at 9 (sometimes sooner) and ends at 5 (sometimes later).

We are an established company with financial stability and consistent work, meaning yearly employment (not seasonal). THERE ARE NO LAYOFFS IN THE WINTER!

Did it freeze recently and did your landscaping take a hit? Absolutely!

Does your landscaping look dead? Absolutely!

Should you immediately replace it? NO!!!

Let's let the cold blow away and let's ensure that you're spending your hard earned money wisely!

With the freezing temperatures just a few hours away, a few reminders to help out:

Cover all of your exposed piping if it is brass, such as your backflow preventer.

Run your pool pump all night. Keep that water circulating throughout the pipes.

If you have a hose bib or well, turn all faucets on a slow drip to keep water moving.

Protect your plants by covering them overnight to prevent frost damage.
A little preparation now can save your landscape 🌿

✅ Materials You Can Use:
• Old bedsheets or light blankets
• Frost cloth / plant cover fabric
• Burlap
• Cardboard boxes (for small plants)
• Plastic tarp (only if supported and removed in the morning)
• Buckets or trash cans (for small plants)

👉 Tip: Secure covers with bricks or stones and remove them in the morning once temperatures rise.

Reminder about the close to freezing temperatures expected overnight and in the morning.... don't forget to wrap or insulate any of your exposed brass plumbing components. This can range from your water intake to your backflow preventer for your sprinkler system. Taking something as small as an old towel or blanket, will insulate and prevent the water from freezing inside the pipes.

Now that we’ve set the clocks back 1 hour, it’s also time to adjust your irrigation schedule!

Per the St. Johns River Water Management District’s watering restrictions, we’re now in the one-day-per-week watering season. This helps conserve water during the cooler months when our lawns need less.

✅ Check your irrigation timers
✅ Switch to once-a-week watering
✅ Save water, save money, and help protect our precious resources! 💦🌿

Customers: During our service visits over the next week or two, we will adjust your timers if they are on the exterior of the house as well as modify the run times per zone.
