Want a Dinosaur Tree (also known as the Dawn Redwood). This variety of it is officially Metasequoia ‘Soul Fire’.

Also see that we have superb pottery from MadCat Stoneware (a local artisan).

We will not be at the American Hosta Society (AHS) National Convention next week in Columbus Ohio. Unfortunately, Sue’s fractured femur is just not healed enough to drive that far in the truck, nor can she run the nursery or stay home alone at the current time.

Columbus would have been a very long, but doable day’s ride from New Hampshire. For those of you who are going, we hope you have a great time, we had hoped to see many of our old friends and colleagues as well as meet many new friends.

In the ensuing days, we will assess plants that we were planning to bring to the convention…but haven’t listed on our website yet. Maybe an online sale, since we are now virtually real-time on shipping now. Will keep you updated.

Sorry folks...a lot of issues created delays in getting some things ready for the season this year. Maybe a good thing with all the cold and wet we had in May. With regards to veggies, we don't have as many as usual, but they just started coming out of the greenhouse today...so if your's don't look good after all the cold and wet spells (maybe even a touch of snow), you know where to come!

Veggies are $4 each or 3 for $10 and we have

Tomatoes:
Kraken (our own introduction)
Dancing with the Smurfs
Honeycomb
Sunrise Bumblebee
Yellow Cherry
Super Beefsteak

Cucumbers, Summer Squash and Zucchini ...will be ready perhaps by Saturday but definitely next week.

Plants in the nursery are recovering well after the frosts. Peonies are just coming into bloom.

Someone asked us if we had a Salvia that wasn’t the typical blue…and yes, here is the first bloom on Salvia Azure Snow from Proven Winners. They are just beginning to bloom now. Great contrast with the bicolor blooms.
