There’s been so many wonderful projects coming to completion. We look forward to sharing all our projects with you!! Complete transformation of this stunning Massapequa living room. Trim moulding profiles for wainscot, chair rail and coffered ceiling crown from the metro collection supplied to us by Hudson River Mills in Farmingdale NY, 7” V groove shiplap, 4” LED lighting and chandler. Two coats rolled on paint followed by two sprayed finishing coats. Have children? The painting process used is durable enough for to hold up to even the toughest toddlers around!! Beautiful murphy bed project!!! When one of our returning customers reached out about building her a Murphy bed we jumped with excitement! We said “well, we never built a Murphy bed….of course we will build you a Murphy bed!” And it was worth it!!! What a fun and enjoyable project this was for us!! Bed location is placed in homeowners office space. While on her Zoom meetings she wanted to background to look awesome! And it does!!! We’ve included some construction progress pictures to check out! Thank you Carla and Scott for trusting us to build this awesome project!! Enjoy!

✨This beautiful Melville estate is complete!
2,000 square foot full Gut/reno.
We also also added a bunch of refreshes to the 1,000 square feet on the second floor, including refinishing the floors, new windows and updating the trim moulding.
Absolutely beautiful new white oak flooring with herringbone grand entrance!
Quartz fireplace mantle and built in benches with storage!
All new electric and plumbing, coffered ceilings and wainscoting in formal dining room!
Great wall wainscoting!
Gorgeous hidden gems throughout including butler pantry & pantry.

Boy Scouts of America! When approached by one of our tool venders to help these Boy Scouts earn there woodworking Merit badges, we jumped on it! Kelvin, (troop leader) it was a pleasure to introduce the children to woodworking basics, production, safety, applications, furniture building and basically everything else we could think of in the few short hours we spent together! We gave them a tour of both our main workshop and our mobile workshop. We loved teaching and demonstrating how lumber goes from tree to finished product. We hope the knowledge shared guides these Boys Scouts in earning their woodworking Merit Badges! Anything for the kids! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. Boy Scouts of America 2024!

The Modern Phase family took a quick trip to a pocono house and did a couple of updates while we were there 🤩🤩

✨Replaced an old carpet to vinyl flooring, changed out kitchen appliances, added a hatch door for additional storage access & replaced some lighting.
Sometimes little changes make a HUGE difference!
