We would like to express our sincere apologies to our customers who were unable to contact us over the last few days. Despite preventative measures in place, two consecutive power surges in the neighborhood damaged the servers in the building where our office is located, and disabled our phone and internet service. Although some calls were intermittently sent to our backup answering service, we regret that most callers were met with a message that our number was not in service.

Technology specialists worked tirelessly over the weekend, replacing the damaged equipment and reprogramming our systems, and we are happy to report that we are 100% functional as of this morning. We look forward to continuing to serve you in the same courteous, professional and expeditious manner you have come to expect from us over the years.

We sincerely thank you for your understanding, and again apologize for any inconvenience caused to you, our valued customers.
