Big things are happening in Massapequa! We’re taking this classic single-story ranch and giving it a complete makeover.

We’ve already broken ground and poured the foundation for a spacious rear extension. This project will also feature a brand new master suite addition. You can also see the interior prep work where we’re adding the necessary structural footings to support the upgraded layout.

It always looks a little chaotic before the real magic happens, but we can’t wait to watch this transformation take shape. Stay tuned for more updates as we get this build underway!

Transforming a classic Syosset ranch into a full two-story home means giving every single room a fresh start. Guest baths and smaller spaces might seem like minor details in a massive whole-house renovation, but they are actually the perfect place to make a statement.

We wanted to bring a big change to this layout, and we did it with color. This stunning sage vanity adds the perfect pop of personality, balanced beautifully by warm metallic hardware, crisp white countertops, and playful coastal decor.

A standout architectural feature in this design is the wagon wheel detail! A a structural component that not only adds visual interest and craftsmanship, but also helps reduce the need for additional columns, keeping the space more open and seamless.

From the skylights bringing natural light through the ceiling, to the built-in speakers, custom lighting, and oversized sit-at bar, every detail was designed to make this space feel like a true extension of the home
