Our team did a phenomenal job to go above and beyond for the customer today. Not only did we remove a gas water heater and install a new electric water heater, but we also installed a whole home water filtration system.

Ceiling rehab

A leaky toilet caused all of this...

Tank bolts rusted out which caused water to leak on the floor. Water ran under toilet under linoleum and started to created mildew/mold on sub floor.

Removed supply line
Removed toilet
Removed 2 layers of linoleum
Sprayed rapid mold killer on sub floor
Painted zinsser mold killer on sub floor
Removed corroded copper water line and replaced with PEX.
Installed new toilet water valve and supply line
Removed trim
Removed transitions
Cut out under door jamb with an oscillating tool to slide new flooring under door jamb
Installed new ridgeplex luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Installed new toilet
Installed trim
Installed transitions.

And while we were at it we ran a new water line to the fridge and put in a spigot outside for washing the car in the driveway.
