We have been making progress on the house this week. The old stone chimney has been removed in the second floor. We are removing the carpet glue off of the floor in the Sunroom. The original hardware from the doors were covered in paint. It’s a labor of love but they are coming back to their original glory. The attic is also being cleared of years of dirt and debris. Ricky has been tackling this like a champ.

Out with the old and in withe the new. This crew is kicking butt. New support structure to make sure it last a very long time. This old house has seen many hurricanes, storms and trials over its almost 200 years. We are trying to protect and preserve it, so it lasts another 200 years.

We have started another milestone for the house. The leveling crew will be working on replacing the bad support structure and leveling the house. Once this is done we will be working on the roof and exterior. We are so excited to see some major work being accomplished.
